Yes. Customers can provide special instructions for sorting, delicates, hang requests, or other preferences.
Yes, we provide spot treatment with Shout when needed as part of our standard wash and fold process.
Yes. We're happy to hang clothes on request at no extra charge.
Yes, matching sock pairs is part of our standard wash and fold process.

Pickup and Delivery FAQ
Create an account online, choose your pickup and delivery windows, select your service frequency, and add preferences or special instructions.
Place your laundry in a bag and set it out for the driver on your scheduled pickup date.
No. Pickup and delivery is available Monday through Saturday, with no Sunday service.
Yes, the minimum order for pickup and delivery is 20 pounds.
Yes. When scheduling online, you can select either recurring service or one-time service based on your needs.
You can reserve pickup and delivery windows as early as you'd like — since driver availability can vary with demand, booking ahead is recommended.
Since we only operate pickup and delivery service on Tuesday and Thursday, orders picked up on Tuesday will be returned Thursday and orders picked up on Thursday will be returned on Tuesday.
We currently serve Bradenton, Anna Maria Island, Lakewood Ranch, South Bradenton, West Bradenton, and West Samoset.
Pricing FAQ
Everyday wash and fold laundry is priced by the dry, finished weight of the laundry. Select oversized items may have flat-fee pricing.
For in-store wash and fold, customers pay when they pick up their order at the store.
For pickup and delivery, the card added to the customer account is charged when the laundry is ready to be delivered.
Yes. In-store wash and fold has a 15-pound minimum, and pickup and delivery has a 20-pound minimum.
Yes, in-store same-day service is available for orders placed before the noon cutoff, at a higher per-pound rate than next-day service.
Comforters are priced as flat-fee items based on size — twin/full, queen, or king — rather than by the pound.
Yes. Recurring pickup and delivery orders are priced lower per pound than one-time or as-needed orders.
